EZI Metales is a company specializing in Primary Process Metalworking Outsourcing. We cut of a variety of metals ranging from standard carbon steel to harder alloy steels, stainless steel and aluminum off all thicknesses. We cut to exact specifications using the latest CNC plasma and oxyfuel technology and deliver product that is clean and ready to weld, bend or be utilized in the next stage of manufacturing without requiring any additional preparation.

We believe that our experience and focus on quality are what make us the preferred supplier to many of Northern Mexico's Multinational Export Manufacturers, the majority of whom must meet international ISO quality certification.

Please note that we use the following equipment:

• CNC Mechanized Plasma (100 to 300 amps)
• CNC Punch Press (up to Cal. #10)
• Press Brake of 90 to 225 Tons, able to bend 1/4" plate up to 10 feet long
• GMAW (Mig) and standard electrode processes for secondary metal joining work
• CAD-CAM engineering on 100% of processed parts.
• 3/1/00 - Laser Cutting Technology will be available.

Low overhead and labor costs, combined with the benefits of the NAFTA agreement allow us to quote jobs at a significant discount to U.S. and Canadian competitors.
